We use the most appropriate packaging for each item to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Figures are protected with waterproof wrapping and packed securely with cardboard and cushioning materials.
Plush toys and cushions are carefully stacked and protected, then sealed in waterproof poly bags.
Items 30cm or smaller are generally shipped without compression. Larger cushions may be gently compressed only as needed to fit into standard shipping boxes.
We sometimes use recycled cardboard boxes.
If you prefer shipment in a cardboard box instead of a poly mailer, we can accommodate this for an additional $3 (due to increased shipping cost). Please message me before purchasing.

Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, and Sweden.

For USA Buyers (DDP):
As a means to reduce unnecessary costs for US customs and provide greater transparency, we use Japan Post (e-Packet Lite) + Zonos DDP.
All Section 122 duties are prepaid via Zonos at checkout. Taxes are handled upfront through this service.
(Pro Tip: We recommend purchasing multiple items of the same category at the same time. This way, you only pay the Zonos processing fee once, making it more cost-effective!)
For Other Countries (DDU):
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and vary by country.

When using Japan Post (e-Packet etc.), brokerage fees from carriers (such as FedEx or DHL) are often not charged or are much lower. However, customs duties and import taxes may still apply depending on your country’s regulations.
